The Aluminum Alloy Welding Robot (CRP-RH18-06-W) is specifically designed for aluminum welding, optimized to address the characteristics of aluminum welding, such as the tendency for spatter and the need for high-precision trajectory control. It utilizes a high-speed motor drive, a lightweight body, and a fully enclosed protective structure to efficiently complete the welding of aluminum alloy doors and windows, automotive aluminum parts, and aerospace aluminum materials, contributing to the automation upgrade of the aluminum processing industry and improving weld quality and production efficiency.

● Customized high-speed drive + optimized software shortens welding cycle time by 20%.
The customized high-speed motor, together with the optimized Welding Process software gives you a 20% improvement in total welding cycle time over the previous generation. Arc starting, wire feeding, and arc ending can be completed rapidly during continuous aluminum welding, minimizing idle time. This allows you to maximize productivity on high volume aluminum production lines, greatly improving daily welding output.

 

● Lightweight arm design allows for flexible access to confined spaces.
The lightweight body structure reduces the arm size by 15% and the weight by 20%, enabling flexible access to narrow welding areas on aluminum alloy frames and complex aluminum components, such as gaps in automotive aluminum chassis and inside aluminum boxes. Even in confined workstations, seamless welding is achieved, eliminating blind spots caused by restricted posture.

 

● Dual protection design protects against aluminum chips and spatter.
The standard dust shields on the first and second axes, combined with the fully enclosed welding gun bracket, effectively block metal chips and high-temperature spatter generated during aluminum welding, preventing chip accumulation and impacting joint operation. The IP54 protection rating ensures continuous and stable operation in the dusty and oily environments of aluminum fabrication workshops, reducing maintenance frequency.

 

● J4/J6 Hollow Shaft Design Compatible with Professional Aluminum Welding Guns
The J4 and J6 shafts feature a hollow, through-hole design, allowing direct installation of specialized hollow welding guns (such as TIG and MIG guns). Cables and gas hoses are internally routed through the shaft to prevent entanglement. This design is particularly suitable for aluminum welding applications requiring large rotation angles (such as circumferential seam welding), ensuring flexible gun positioning and extending cable life.

 

● Internal Cable Integration for a Clean and Reliable Machine Body
User control cables, gas hoses, and welding cables are integrated into the machine body, with no exposed cables.
