CRP Raw Material Testing Laboratory
Our testing labs have two key areas: a three-coordinate lab for processing accuracy and another for incoming material checks. All core CRP robot components are 100% inspected. We strictly manage suppliers to meet our quality standards, tracing accountability and following the agreement if batch issues occur.

Three-Coordinate Inspection
All robot body casting machined parts undergo full three-coordinate inspection before production line entry. Key parameters like flatness, verticality, concentricity, hole spacing, and aperture are rigorously tested, ensuring errors stay within ±0.02mm for approval. -
Digital Production Initiation
Once dimensional data from three-coordinate inspection is obtained, QR codes are applied to castings, launching them into a digital, traceable production process. -
Routine Material Checks
Besides three-coordinate checks, routine inspections cover hardness, dimensions, composition, and appearance, ensuring overall incoming material quality.

Testing Process:
24-hour max-load aging test using CRP's self-developed system and a full-automated tester for industrial robots.
Tests include accuracy (monitored via precision micrometer), noise, abnormal sounds, and electrical cabinet compatibility.
Post-Testing:
Order-based configuration of welding machines, guns, and wire feeders.
50-point calibration (self-developed) ensures high precision for all robots under 50 kg.
