The CRP-RA15-12-J laser welding robot system mainly consists of two parts: the robot body and a dedicated electrical control cabinet.
The equipment comes pre-installed with laser welding software, allowing for immediate production use upon unpacking and meeting the demands of high-precision industrial processing.
This integrated laser robot can be used for laser welding, laser cutting, laser cladding, and other processes. In high-precision material processing scenarios, it operates stably and delivers consistent results.

● Dedicated Laser Welding Interface
Integrated laser welding process functions such as power control, wire feeding, soft start/stop, pre-attenuation, wire sticking detection, and pre-drawing and wire filling meet high-precision cladding requirements.
● Rigid High-Precision Motion
The reinforced robotic arm design delivers ±0.02mm repeatability, zero jitter during welding, and ensures continuous laser beam stability.
● Dual-Mode Servo & Stepper Wire Feeding System
Supports dual-control wire feeding via servo and stepper motors, enabling precise speed control for 0.6-2.0mm wires and suitable for welding processes involving materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
● Vertical Teaching Pendant for Efficient Programming
The ergonomic vertical teach pendant reduces programming time for the CRP-RA15-12-J by 40% compared to traditional models.
● Compact Integrated Cabinet
The cabinet is 35% smaller and can be directly embedded into the laser host. It supports single-phase 220V input, allowing for quick deployment without modifying the workshop power grid.
● Built-in Industrial UPS
The built-in UPS power failure protection system switches to a backup power source in ≤5ms after an unexpected power outage. Upon power restoration, welding resumes automatically, eliminating scrapped parts.
