The CRP-RA15-12 is a highly flexible industrial robot designed for medium-load handling. With a 30kg rated load capacity and a flexible six-axis architecture, it easily handles complex tasks such as automotive parts transfer, heavy equipment assembly, and warehouse handling, redefining the efficiency standard for medium-load industrial handling.

The 30kg medium payload design meets the needs of handling medium-sized workpieces. Its six-axis flexible joints enable multi-angle grasping and placement in confined spaces. The latest PID control technology combined with a dynamic compensation algorithm achieves ±0.05mm repeatability, maintaining a stable trajectory even when handling eccentric loads. The high-speed motor increases cycle speed by 35%, and combined with gravity compensation, significantly shortens the handling cycle for medium-sized workpieces.

 

● Open expansion, customized on demand
Standardized mounting holes are reserved for the J2/J3/J4 axes, enabling quick integration of heavy-duty end-effectors such as vacuum cups and electromagnetic grippers. The J3 axis's I/O port and dual-circuit air tubing can be connected to the production line's PLC system, enabling customized automation of the entire "grasping, handling, and positioning" process.

An independent safety emergency stop panel and dual-circuit relay design trigger braking within 0.1 seconds in the event of an emergency. Combined with the collision detection system, it effectively protects the robot and peripheral equipment.
